I have been a personal trainer and life coach for five years working with David Lloyd, freelance, and for the Local Authority. I believe that fitness is not just a goal but a lifestyle that you can enjoy. If you are not enjoying it you will not stick with it. I have worked with women and men with a range of abilities from professional athletes to those with disabilities. I am with you every step of the way from tailoring every session to your goals, to celebrating your success. I apply the philosophy I follow in my own life to my clients: wherever you are in life you can improve. Remember: failure is not an option.
