Hi everyone, I am Greg. From childhood I wanted to be fit and strong, however I was lacking proper guidance and commitment and always gave up after a few months of training. I thought a few push ups a day will turn me into Hulk Hogan, but obviously it did not. I have failed to reach my goals attempts after attempts. 

Eventually after years of proper research, and staying consistent with my training got me where I always wanted to be. Fitness became my full-time obsession a long time ago, changed my life for the good. 

The fitness industry can be confusing and it's easy to get lost. We all had these questions in mind: how do I lose weight? How do I build muscle? Can I lose weight and build muscle at the same time? and so on... . I went through the same, done my research and studies, and I am here to help, so you don’t have to waste your time. I always had a scientific approach to fitness rather than just following the ''gym bros''.
