Clare Fowler

"You may hate me today, but you’ll love me tomorrow."

Having worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge. Exercise is an important factor of life and I believe this should be enjoyable and yet challenging. I’ve helped many clients over the years in their fitness journeys to reach their goals.

Over the years I have continually developed myself and to keep up to date with an ever changing fitness industry. Through my love of fitness I teach many classes alongside Personal Training. Through the years of training and helping others I want to keep helping people develop themselves through great guidance in exercise also ensuring they get the most effective sessions possible.

  • Personal trainer level 3
  • Pre and post-natal exercise
  • Level 2 nutrition advice
  • Level 2 diabetes advice
  • Kettlebells
  • Fitness instructor in Insanity, PiYo, Fitball, Circuit training

Training with Clare has had such a positive impact on my life. Not only have I lost two stone and two dress sizes, but it’s been a fun, friendly journey with someone I feel understands the challenges to exercise I face in my daily life. 5* would recommend to anyone, especially middle aged women.

Caroline Spence

Every summer I book a couple of sessions with Clare. She always teaches me new movements, gives me new ideas, new exercises which sustain my motivation in fitness. With Clare I learn the fundamental movements (barbell, bodyweight and kettlebell exercises), as well as the safety principles that allow me to develop an autonomous practice. Thanks Clare!
