Having worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge. Exercise is an important factor of life and I believe this should be enjoyable and yet challenging. I’ve helped many clients over the years in their fitness journeys to reach their goals.
Over the years I have continually developed myself and to keep up to date with an ever changing fitness industry. Through my love of fitness I teach many classes alongside Personal Training. Through the years of training and helping others I want to keep helping people develop themselves through great guidance in exercise also ensuring they get the most effective sessions possible.

Every summer I book a couple of sessions with Clare. She always teaches me new movements, gives me new ideas, new exercises which sustain my motivation in fitness.
