How to book your DMU accommodation
DMU uses an online room-booking system for applicants with unconditional firm and conditional firm offers. Log-on instructions are sent by email to applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria.
If your log-on instructions do not arrive, you can access the online booking system provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria.
Once online you will be able to select the hall of residence of your choice. We recommend you look at the options before making your booking and have a number of alternatives in case your first choice is full. All rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis so early booking is recommended.
Ensure you read the terms and conditions before making your provisional booking. You will not be able to make your booking unless you accept these terms.
To make your provisional booking you will need to have:
- Your ID number: your UCAS personal ID or your DMU reference number
- The password we will email to you when booking opens
- A credit/debit card to pay the £250 payment to secure your room
If the system shows that all rooms are full, you can contact the Accommodation Office for advice. Rooms may become available at a later date, but we cannot guarantee this.
