SULETS| is a lettings agency jointly owned and run by the Students’ Union of DMU and Leicester University. With an office at each campus, SULETS is the number 1 site for DMU and Leicester University students looking for private rented accommodation across Leicester. 

Based in the Students’ Union in the Campus Centre, SULETS has an easy-to-use website which allows you to set up property alerts to notify you when new properties are available.

SULETS lists a wide selection of high-quality accommodation close to the university, ranging from one-bed flats to large shared houses. The service is free for DMU students. SULETS is the only major lettings agency in Leicester that charges no agency fees for tenants; all you pay is your deposit and your rent.

Properties are inspected prior to advertising to ensure good quality and compliance with our minimum safety, security and furnishing standards, and where possible we question the current tenants to ensure their landlord is reliable and fair.
