Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Adults

This module aims to provide you with the opportunity to explore the meaning of ‘safeguarding’ in relation to protection of children and adults.

It will examine how health practitioners contribute to multi-agency working in minimising risk areas and improving long term health outcomes for this group.

Entry criteria

For students not undertaking the BSC (Hons) /PG Dip SCPHN programme you need to have the ability to study to degree level (120 credits at level 4/5) and evidence of recent study.
