Proficient Midwife Practice
This module will enable you to underpin your practice with evidence to support your skill development and promote confidence and articulation of rationales for your decision making.
It will enable you as practitioners to extend your theoretical knowledge base and integrate this knowledge with the clinical skills necessary for safe delivery of care.
Equal emphasis is placed upon both the development of clinical proficiency/confidence and the understanding of theoretical concepts underpinning practice. The module focus is on midwifery care of women within a multi professional context in various settings.
