Contemporary approaches to Child Development 0-5 years

This module will enable students to engage with the theoretical concepts and evidence based practice to develop skills and knowledge relevant to child development 0-5 years. 

This will allow them to positively promote the physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing in children and their families.

Entry Criteria

  • Effective registration on either the Nursing or Midwifery part of the NMC professional register 
  • Ability to study to degree level (120 credits level 4/5) 
  • Evidence of recent study
  • A clear current Enhanced CRB check within the last three years
