Foundations of Sport and Ethics ~ Doping Control

Foundations of Commercial Aspects of Sport ~ Sports Rights

  • Impact of Domestic and EU Legislation
  • Human Rights Act
  • Competition Act and EU Treaty
  • Anti-Discrimination Laws
  • Data Protection Regime

A variety of self assessment questions will be found in the module documentation.

  • Seminars: 2 hours (optional)
 

Assessments

Essay

  • Part 1 - 4 questions: 40%
  • Part 2 - Discursive essay: 60%

Additional costs: Students may choose purchase one or more textbooks relevant to the module. Students may choose to attend the optional Study days and incur travel/accommodation costs.
