This is an area of work being developed by Peter King, Reader in Social Thought in the Centre. In 2010 he published a book on the Right to Buy entitled Housing Policy Transformed: The Right to Buy and the Desire to Own (Bristol, Policy Press). Peter also appeared on BBC1’s The One Show to discuss the effects of the Right to Buy.
