The content of our courses is regularly updated to take into account the frequent changes in public policy. New teaching and learning techniques, such as e-learning, are being implemented to enhance our housing student’s experience of studying at De Montfort University (DMU).
We are the East Midlands Regional Centre for housing education, training and research. The Centre has successfully developed its courses in collaboration with local employers and the Chartered Institute of Housing|. We also have a track record of developing specific training programmes for housing organisations.
There are currently over 250 students studying across the portfolio of part-time courses. We offer day-release, blended learning and distance learning courses. Our students study whilst working in housing-related jobs.
