Cinema and Television History (CATH) Research CentrePostgraduate cultureThe CATH Centre has a lively and enthusiastic postgrad culture with dedicated space in the form of the Humanities Graduate Centre and an annual post-graduate conference. Researchers cover the spectrum from MA through MPhil to PhD, both full-time and part-time. Students are encouraged to participate in the life of the Centre and advised on conference paper and publishing opportunities. The popular and successful taught MA in Television Scriptwriting is affiliated to the CATH Centre, and a new MA by Research in Cinema and Television History will be launched in the near future. A limited number of full or partial research studentships are available to candidates on a discretionary and competitive basis.
