Making a tuition fee payment

There are four ways you can pay:

1. Online (two working days to reach DMU account):

You will need your student reference number which will be allocated once your application has been received at DMU.

2. Paying by bank draft or cheque (five working days to reach DMU account): please make payable to ‘De Montfort University’ and send to:

3. Bank transfer (five working days to reach DMU account): you can transfer the money directly from your bank to DMU’s. The details are:

4. In person: if you are in the UK, you may also pay your deposit with our cashier on campus by visiting the Cashier’s Office in The Student Gateway, Ground Floor, Gateway House 0.10

Please remember to quote your student reference number.

When we receive your tuition fees pre-payment, the details of the amount you have paid will be confirmed on your CAS.

Please note that bank transfers and bank draft payments may take up to five days to reach the university bank account, and online payments may take up to two days,- please ensure you retain proof of the date and full amount of payment.
