Faculty Office

What we do

Faculty Office is the team which looks after all aspects of undergraduate and postgraduate programme administration, from enrolment onwards. This includes:

  • Enrolling and re-enrolling students onto the faculty's programmes
  • Recording your module choices
  • Keeping student records up-to-date
  • Preparing exam papers
  • Inputting marks and posting results and transcripts out to students once approved
  • Ensuring that the faculty's programmes meet required quality assurance standards
  • Providing information to students about all aspects of programme administration, for example programme regulations, progression, module choices and re-assessments.

Although most of our work is very much 'behind the scenes', every student within the faculty will have had contact with us, whether you're aware of it or not!

Each programme has a programme administrator that is responsible for the adminstration of the programme, however any general queries should be answerable by any of the administrators.

Faculty office works closely with the Student Advice Centre and the Placement Unit as well as the academic staff.
