The Faculty of Technology at De Montfort University offers a range of courses in Media, Engineering, Business Computing, Technical Computing, Games, Forensics and Security at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The Faculty is able to offer a unique combination of professionally focused teaching underpinned by research excellence. The Faculty’s research excellence has been recognised in the Research Assessment Exercise results (RAE 2008, this takes place approximately every 5 years).

In the latest National Student Survey (NSS 2008) the Faculty of Technology received its best results to date, with students stating the Faculty both met and exceeded its expectations.
