The Faculty is able to offer a unique combination of professionally focused teaching underpinned by research excellence. The Faculty’s research excellence has been recognised in the Research Assessment Exercise results (RAE 2008, this takes place approximately every 5 years).

In the latest National Student Survey (NSS 2009) the Faculty of Technology has maintained its previous excellent results with students showing high levels of satisfaction over their courses.
