Welcome to the Conference

We welcome all delegates to the CORD Conference, and to De Montfort University and Leicester. You will find links below giving you information about the Conference and Leicester itself.

When you arrive in Leicester you will find that all the hotels listed on our site and the railway station are in easy walking distance of the University Campus.  Alternatively, you may wish to get a cab: ask for De Montfort University and Bonners Lane.

All the Conference’s registration facilities can be found in the Clephan building, on the ground floor. This is at the corner of Oxford Street and Bonners Lane. There is only one entrance to the Clephan Building, which can be found off Bonners Lane.

Conference Registration is open from 11.00 – 16.00 on Thursday, 07.30 – 15.00 Friday and 07.30 – 12.00 Saturday. Delegates are welcome to come along to the registration desk at any of the above times. You will need to do so to pick up your conference pack, which includes the badge needed to gain access to the conference events.
