Open Days

PLEASE NOTE: HLS faculty open days for all other courses have now finished for this academic cycle. The next cycle of faculty open days will begin from September 2011, and information will be released shortly.

The Faculty of Health & Life Sciences (HLS) run open day events throughout the academic year designed for students applying to one of our undergraduate courses. They will give you an opportunity to talk to the academic staff, explore the campus and the fantastic facilities, get advice on making an application and find out more about a course or area of interest.

Booking is essential for open days, and you will be contacted by email with further information about your booking. Please be aware that the email we send you might go directly into your spam mailbox, so please regularly check this as well as your inbox to ensure you have received the most up-to-date information.

If you would like to visit the University in the meantime, you can arrange a campus tour on a day to suit you.

In addition to this, you can also attend to one of our university-wide open days which give you the opportunity to look around the whole university. These will be held on the Saturday 2nd July, and the 8th and 22nd of October. To book your place either call our Enquiry Centre on 08459 45 46 47.

Please be aware that all students starting in September 2012 will be subject to the new fee arrangements currently being introduced by the government, so if you choose to defer your entry from 2011 to 2012, you will be affected by these changes when you start university.
