Housing and Sustainable Communities Courses The housing and sustainable communities courses delivered by the Centre for Comparative Housing Research (CCHR), Leicester Business School, offer a balanced mix of academic rigour and practical skill development. We are the East Midlands Regional Centre for housing education, training and research. The Centre has successfully developed its courses in collaboration with local employers and the Chartered Institute of Housing. We are also keen to develop specific training programmes for housing organisations.
Comparative Housing Research
Our research and consultancy activities have an international reputation. We are strongly involved with the European Network for Housing Research (ENHR) – the leading international housing research organisation. We are undertaking research and consultancy for a range of local authorities and housing associations in England as well as the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, the Chartered Institute of Housing and Government Departments.
