Article 26 Scholarship

We are offering eight Article 26 Scholarship in 2017/18.  The scholarship is open to those who do not have access to student finance and are:

  • seeking asylum in the UK, or a dependent or partner of someone seeking asylum
  • OR who has been granted Discretionary / Limited Leave to Remain or some other form of temporary status

One Article 26 Scholarship recipient will also be eligible for a UNITE Foundation Scholarship which provides free accommodation in a UNITE hall of residence for three years.

Article 26 is a project of the Helena Kennedy Foundation.

Applying

Applications for 2017/18 have now closed and should reopen in January 2018.

Please note, if you are eligible for funding under thelong residency category announced by the Student Loans Company you will not be considered for Article 26.  For useful information regarding eligibility under this category see Just for Kids Law
