Natural relaxation

We all need a certain amount of pressure to work but stress occurs when we feel more pressure than we can cope with. Individuals vary in their capacity to deal with stress.

Excessive stress can result in a reduced quality of work as concentration, memory and thought processes are affected. It can also affect our social relationships. 

The more relaxed we are, the better the mind works. We become more capable and adaptable to periods of greater pressure as well as coping more effectively with the day-to-day stresses of life.

But most people don't know how to relax well!

Make relaxation a habit. It only takes 20 minutes per day and the benefits can be great.

Simply listening to any of one these recordings (voice and music) leads you into a state of natural relaxation (deep physical rest), where you can let go of all thoughts and worries and recharge your batteries.

Making this part of your daily routine can help speed up recovery from stress and its associated symptoms and help you cope with stress when the going gets tough.
