Replacement student ID
If you need to replace your student ID/ Smart Card you can do so in person at the ASK Desk in Student Gateway, ground floor Gateway House.
It is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
If you are studying at an associate college, then you will need to visit your local student support office. Please consult your college for opening times.

There is a replacement charge of £10 and new cards are normally ready on the next working day. Please allow for postage and delivery time if you are studying at an associate college.
