Completion of this on-line course or attendance on the Equality and Diversity ½ day workshop is recommended for all DMU staff. The course is accessed via Blackboard and takes between 1½ and 2 hours. NB
. Staff wanting to act as a member of a recruitment panel must first complete this course or attend the 3 hour Equality & Diversity workshop.
A detailed guide to the skills of interviewing to get the right staff (some forms and processes shown are generic rather than specific to DMU – please always look at the POD site for DMU forms).
