People and Organisational Development
Our People and Organisational Development (POD) directorate incorporates the following functions:
The directorate supports the university in attracting, developing and retaining the best staff for DMU, by providing up-to-date training, professional opportunities, policies and procedures and offering support and guidance on a range of staff health and wellbeing initiatives.
The directorate facilitates organisational performance and development through the leadership of the governance structure and facilitation of the corporate portfolio of strategic projects and a range of initiatives to support planned strategic change at DMU.
