How to Book Online

Select Day and Events - Please select the day and your first event and select the number of tickets. You need to have an account to proceed.

Existing Accounts - If you have previously booked with DMU or Cultural Exchanges you will be asked for the original password you set up. If you have forgotten this, you can reset it while in the booking system, by going to the ‘my account’ button at the top of the page. To register an account or to log onto an existing account you can go to https://store.dmu.ac.uk/myaccount/

Multiple bookings - When you confirm an event booking this is added to the basket, and can then scroll through the programme to add new events. To confirm your events and bookings you need go to ‘my basket’ on the top line of the form to complete.

Your Confirmation - We will automatically email you to provide a confirmation of your booking and a sales receipt. Please allow your email system to accept from store@dmu.ac.uk and NoReplyStore@dmu.ac.uk. This email is your ticket for the event and you should print this and bring with you.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the event is due to begin, with your email confirmation, in order to guarantee your reservation.

Online booking closes 2hrs prior to the event.

Concessions are available for students and those who are unemployed or aged 65 and above. Please bring with you proof that you are eligible for a concession.Requests for refunds will only be considered up to 48hrs before the event.

Card payments cannot be taken at the door. If you would like to pay the door please bring cash.

Please inform the box office (0116 250 6229) if you have any hearing or mobility requirements.

For bookings greater than 9 people please phone the box office.
