Work placements

In today's job market, work experience is seen as a very desirable extra. Skills that are learnt on a work placement are invaluable when beginning your career and De Montfort University is keen to create the most employable graduates in the market. For this reason DMU is increasingly looking to offer work placements to our students.

These one-year placements (taken after the second year) are offered on numerous courses across the faculties, but we’re always looking for more opportunities.

If you're in a position to offer a placement position to one, or several of our students, please get in touch with our Employer Liaison team. They'll be happy to give you more details and direct you to the right faculty for you.
