Welcome to the Academic Registrar's Office. 

The Academic Registrar is responsible for the regulation and overall management of Academic Registry which has seven divisions.

The Academic Registrar's Office is responsible for supporting Academic Board and for direction, strategy and overall co-ordination.  The Academic Registrar as Secretary to Academic Board is responsible to the Chair for management of its business and standing committee structure.  This includes the promotion, facilitation and development of academic policy and the maintenance of academic regulations. Academic Appeals; Academic Offences; Bad Academic Practice; Deferral of Assessments.   

References for Students

The University is legally responsible for the content of a reference given on behalf of the university by a member of staff for a student. The Academic Reference Guidance   gives guidance to staff on this.
