Academic RegistryThe Academic Registry is a central service of De Montfort University. Its role involves admissions, enrolment, student loans and grants, exams scheduling and management, certificates, graduations and student timetables as well as overall management of the student and curriculum record, and the University’s undergraduate and postgraduate regulations. It works closely with Faculties in these activities. The Academic Registry also deals with student appeals, examination deferral requests and academic offence cases. The Academic Registry consists of the following areas which have the responsibility of carrying out these roles. The areas are: Academic Registrar's office is responsible for Academic Board, Academic Appeals. Academic Offences, Deferral of Examinations
Data Management and Operational Services is responsible for security, accuracy and currency of student and academic data and for providing IT/IS support to other Registry divisions.
Exams is responsible for examination administration and management.
