Information Technology and Media Services (ITMS) deliver information and communication technology services that enhance the experience of students and staff in learning, teaching, research and business operations.

We provide guidance on the adoption of appropriate technologies, systems and services in a rapidly developing environment and help people to embrace technology as it becomes embedded within university life.

Our services include a cross-campus communications infrastructure, desktop equipment for students in learning areas and for staff in work areas, email, central business systems, audio-visual equipment (fixed and portable loan equipment), virtual and managed learning environments, file storage space and an IT consumables shop. 

Our mission is to provide effective, efficient and economic IT and media services for the organisation to enable you to make the best opportunity of your time at DMU.
