Notice for the Provision of Call Centre and Transport Services to the UK Human Tissue Bank at De Montfort University

De Montfort University invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who wish to be considered for invitation to tender.

Draft tender specification  

The number of calls via the call centre is approximately 15 per month most usually during the hours of 17.00 and 08.00. The number of journeys typically undertaken per week is 5-10 and may occur at any time during the day or night, 7 days a week. The contract duration will be two years subject to satisfactory performance.

Tenders will be invited from a shortlist. The shortlist will be determined by evaluation of completed application forms returned on or before the closing date and time: noon, 15th June 2007.
