You are invited to tender for the provision of a student accommodation management system.

Noon, 10th June 2004 is the closing date for applications.

The final version of the invitation to tender will be issued to you on 11th June 2004.

Briefly, the University is looking for a system that will satisfy statutory and contractual objectives;  that is to provide accommodation to students accurately and on time.

The system should cater for reservations, bookings, allocation methods,

service management functions and management of multiple sites.
