Notice for provision of services for delivery of a commercial research projectTender reference 449Request for informationDe Montfort University invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations or individuals who wish to be considered for invitation to quote for the provision of services to support the delivery of a commercial research project for De Montfort Expertise Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of De Montfort University. The University is looking for the successful sub-contractors to perform the following services: • Develop computational methods and software tools for qualitative investigation of flight dynamics
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas: • Background knowledge in flight dynamics and aerodynamics
Working knowledge of Russian, i.e. being able to read, write and speak Russian would be an advantage. Travel to our offices in Leicester, England may be required in order to complete the integration and training aspects of the project. The project timetable is: 20 July 2008 to 19 March 2009. The terms and conditions of contract shall be in the form of a consultancy agreement. Performance will be assessed on quality of work, timeliness of delivery and value for money. Quotations will be invited from a shortlist. The shortlist will be determined by evaluation of completed application forms returned on or before the closing date and time: noon, 31 July 2008.
