Notice for Graduation Photography Services Tender

You are invited to apply to join the list of bidders for the provision of Graduation Photography Services.

Closing date for receipt of tenders:  Noon, 4 May 2007

Briefly, De Montfort University will be looking for the successful supplier to provide an effective Graduation Photography service to the University's campuses in Leicester.  It is anticipated that approximately 10 Graduation ceremonies will be held every year, each with approximately 350 - 400 students in attendance.

Approximately 10 ceremonies will be held in Leicester at De Montfort Hall.  There will be a period of 6 months notice to confirm the exact graduate ceremony dates.

The Undergraduate ceremonies for 2007/2008 are confirmed as follows:

• Leicester 6th & 8th  November  3.00pm (6th) 2.30pm (7th & 8th) 2007
• Leicester 14th  - 18th  July 2008  

The University requires the tenderers to propose how they would assist the University in providing a high quality service to students and guests. The tenderers are therefore asked to provide more detail than just answering the questions in each section.

The agreement will run initially for one year with the option of extending for a further three years, until 30 September 2010, subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier and value for money being maintained.

De Montfort University has a legal duty to comply with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.  Accordingly, information in relation to this contract and any prior related tender may be made available on demand in accordance with the legislation.
