Notice for Graduation Photography Services Tender

You are invited to apply to join the list of bidders for the provision of Graduation Photography Services.

Briefly, De Montfort University will be looking for the successful supplier to provide an effective Graduation Photography service to both the University’s campuses in Leicester and Bedford. It is anticipated that approximately 14 Graduation
ceremonies will be held every year, each with approximately 300 – 350 students in attendance.
Approximately 10 ceremonies will be held in Leicester at De Montfort Hall, with the remainder of ceremonies taking place in Bedford at the Corn Exchange. There will be a period of 6 months notice to confirm the exact graduate ceremony dates.
The Undergraduate ceremonies for 2004/2005 are confirmed as follows:
- Bedford 28th & 29th October 11.00am and 3.00pm 2004
- Leicester 15th & 16th November 2.30pm 2004
- Leicester 18th – 22nd July 2005
The University requires the tenderers to propose how they would assist the University in providing a high quality service to students and guests. The tenderers are therefore asked to provide more detail than just answering the questions in each
section.
The agreement will run initially for one year with the option of extending for a further two years, until 30 September 2007, subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier and value for money being maintained.
