Learning Disability
Learning Disability is a developing area of Nursing, and is becoming more popular due to the level of variety that this career offers. As this is now a degree level profession, we offer all of our branches as BSc (Hons).
We invite you to come along to visit us on the 6th March where you will have the opportunity to have a welcome by the Nursing and Midwifery Head of School, meet and chat to practitioners in healthcare as well as our expert academic staff, have a taster session lecture, and have a tour around our wonderful first-class, brand new facilities.

The Learning Disability Event comprises one of many that forms a part of the DMU Care and Compassion initiative. This will focus on how we educate our students to listen to patients/clients and administer care with dignity, respect and professionalism, and there will be a range of keynote lectures and activities open to the public.
