Bespoke Programme Development
Many of our clients seek a management development intervention which is developed specifically to meet the needs of a diverse range of their managers. This allows learning outcomes to be mapped to defined learning gaps in the organisation and for modules to be developed with a sector or subject focus which precisely fits business requirements.
We have a BA (Hons) Management Framework which allows us to construct a degree from modules across the disciplines of Accounting & Finance, Strategy Management & Marketing, Human Resource Management and Politics and Public Policy. An MBA Framework is currently under construction which will provide the same opportunity at postgraduate level.
Utilising these Frameworks we can build qualification pathways at the required entry and exit levels and accumulating credits towards a graduate or postgraduate qualification.
We also advise clients, how in-house training programmes may form part of a DMU qualification pathway through our accreditation of this learning. In some cases we can also accredit a manager’s experiential learning.
In addition to the programme curriculum, the tailoring opportunities extend to the delivery methods, delivery location and programme schedule.
