You can either transfer a call directly to another user (without speaking to them first), or you can transfer & consult with the person you are forwarding the call to first.
1 - During a call, from the In Call screen on your phone, select Menu and then select 'Transfer Directly To'.
2 - Enter the extension number of the person you'd like to transfer the call to and then select 'Transfer'. If you have the person saved as a contact you can scroll down using the arrow buttons and highlight the contact you would like to transfer the call to and then select 'Transfer'.
3 - Your In Call screen on your phone will now tell you the call is transferring, and you can now replace your receiver.
Consult then Transfer:
1 - During a call, from the In Call screen on your phone, select Menu and then select Consult then Transfer To.
2 - As above for direct transfer, enter extension number of person you wish to transfer to or select them by scrolling through the contacts on your phone and press Consult. After you have spoken with the person, select Complete Transfer. Wait for your display to say ‘transferred’ before replacing the handset
3 - If the person you wish to transfer to does not answer, select Cancel on your phone, then Resume to retrieve the original caller.
