DMU @ Your Local College

DMU provides Higher Education to a large number of students who choose to study closer to home through one of our partner colleges or institutions.

Students can take all, or part of a DMU course at their local partner college or institution and once complete, they can 'top up' their qualification at DMU.

Studying a DMU @ Your Local College course can prove to be a great opportunity. Being a member of both the partner college or institution and DMU means that you get the best of both worlds.

If you are currently a student enrolled on a course running at one of our partners you are also a full DMU student!!

If you are interested in studying at our partners there are plenty of courses available

Local staff teaching a DMU course are also supported throughout the academic year in the form of staff development sessions and support resources

Educational Partnerships

The Academic Partnerships Unit within the Strategic and International Partnerships Directorate is responsible for managing the operation and quality assurance of the DMU's collaborative provision, working closely with Department of Academic Quality

We aim to ensure that the university's relationship with its collaborative partners is well managed and students have the best possible experience in their off-site studies.
