DMU's £8 million QEII Leisure Centre provides our students, staff and members of the public with state-of-the-start facilities including:

A comprehensive programme of workout classes| are also held at the centre and will cater for all users from beginners to advanced, providing a workout from head to toe.
We offer personal programmes and fitness testing for dedicated gym users looking to achieve their goals, and beginners looking for a starting point.

Monday to Friday 7am-10*pm
Saturday 8am-6*pm
Sunday 9am-6*pm
Peak times, Monday to Friday 3-8pm
Off-peak times, Monday to Friday 7am-3pm and 8pm-10pm and all weekend
*Customers are asked to vacate the building 15 minutes before closing time.
The centre is open seven days a week, all year round except for bank holidays and university holidays|. So, whatever your interests, we can fit into your busy schedule and help you get the most out of your life at DMU.

Bank Holiday centre closure
The QEII Leisure Centre will be closed on Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 May in line with university holidays. The leisure centre will reopen as normal on Wednesday 29 May.
