Working within the area of Research Strategy and REF, my role encompasses several areas of research and researcher support and development. I am responsible for the development and facilitation of the RBI Researcher Development Programme for all research staff across DMU. This includes the development and delivery of a variety of courses and seminars and well as the evaluation and review of the programme as a whole. I provide strategic support on matters relating to researcher development. As a project manager, I am responsible for and involved in several research support system development projects and also for the RIF and Research Leave Scheme research funding programmes. I have taken a lead on the development of Impact Case studies for the REF2014 and am currently involved in the final preparations for the submission in late 2013.
