Personal profile

Tim Hillier is Associate Head of Leicester De Montfort Law School with responsibility for undergraduate programmes.  He has teaches International Law, both public and private, including International Humanitarian Law, Human Rights and International Environmental Law.  He also teaches Penology.  Tim is author of Principles of Public International Law (1998) and Casebook on International Law (1998).   More recently he has published in the area of international criminal law and the punishment of extraordinary crimes.
